Continuing the success of the Nike’s MVPuppets campaign last year, Kobe and LeBron are back once again as puppets, together with Lil’ Dez. This time they have tied up with Foot Locker to promote Kobe’s new shoe, the Kobe V.
I really like this campaign ’cause it allows Nike to have fun with Kobe and LeBron in ways they usually wouldn’t be able to. The videos show us Kobe rapping about his latest signature shoes as well as LeBron, Kobe & Lil’ Dez finding their house burned down with all evidence pointing to the Zoom Kobe V as the culprit, because it’s too “hot”.
